Evolution Operating at Meadowsland Fair

For all those who dont know, the Meadowlands Fair is located in the Giants Stadium parking lot here in NJ. Anyway, was walking around and what did I see, but Evolution. Thats right, a portable version of the SBNO ride at Great adventure. This ride seemed very tame compared to the Great Adventure version. It really does not spin that fast, and it does not stop at the top like the Great Adventure version did. But hey, its an operating Evolution. The fair also has some other great rides, they have a Mondial Top Scan and Mondial Shake. And new for this year is the Crazy Mouse (spinning mouse coaster). The Crazy Mouse was a great ride. And, i have no idea what the hell this ride was, but its called the Tango. This is similar to a Mondial Top Scan. However, it has seats like Acrophobia. So its an interesting ride. If anyone tries this one out, let me know, i wanna know what it was like.

The model at the Meadowlands fair is the one designed by FAB. The one at SFGAdv is one made by Nauta Bussink. Two completely different companies who happen to sell a similar ride....Nauta Bussink makes the better version, though.

I rode the FAB madel when one was in Seaside, and it wasn't that enjoyable. Too much pressure since is ran so slowly. You were always leaning into the restraints.

SFGAdv's Evolution is basically an Enterprise on steroids.
