Haha Great Topic! While waiting to ride Alpie i saw some kid come into the station laughing his head off. He unbuckled his seatbelt and barfed everywhere. I was ROTFLMAO!

Some girl was pretty ill after riding Rebel Yell at PKD! I hope it was a culmination of riding other rides in addition to Rebel Yell because if not, that's pretty sad. You shouldn't get sick on something like that.

I've never seen someone on a coaster.... but I have seen someone wet themselves on a coaster :)
On my trip to SFWoA, on Serial Thriller, I was standing right behind the air gates, waiting for the front row (by the control panel). Then we heard that someone had wet themself. The ride op went to the seat, in the 5th row, on the right side, and wiped down the crotch area of the chair. The ground was also wet, and was mopped up. I guess the person just bolted ffrom the scene, cause we didn't see them.
It was still pretty funny :D

Not me personally, but at Dorney, someone threw up in the station of Steel Force and we had to wait for about 7 minutes on the brake run at the end til the ride ops cleaned it up. Oh, the ride ops poked fun at the embarrassed soul, who just ran off the ride, not to be scene.

Last year on PKI's Vortex, I saw a woman get up out of her seat, then leaned over and puked into her seat. The one I was about to get into. They hosed it down and ran the train empty. Well, the next train comes in, and some guy had puked on himself during the ride. So they ran that train empty too. :)
Just this year alone:

S:UE @ SFWoA
None of those rides is what I would call a puke inducing ride (well maybe ME). I guess a lot of folks just cant hack it.

Last time I was at SFGAm, my friend who was with me threw up 3 or 4 times. Once on V2, once on Raging Bull, and once on Giant Drop (and again in the bathroom). However, it wasn't the rides that made her sick (although I'm sure they didn't help). Her medication was bothering her stomache.
She still had a good time, and it was funny to watch people's reactions to her throwing up.
Oh yeah - let me clarify that she didn't throw up ON the rides, but afterwards as we were exiting.

On on medusa West We Had to wait 10 mn in line for front Becuse Some guy barft in the fift row and it came up to the third row thank god i was at the first row
Well this wasn't the greatest experience to have on a first roller coaster. Some of my friends tried to get this girl (one of my friends) on Batman:The Ride. Well they waited in line for about 30 min. This was the girl's first roller coaster. Then when they were waiting for their row, someone got off and barfed all over the place. That didn't help her because she thought she would throw up since that guy did. Then she got on the ride, and she almost did barf because of that guy. She never threw up, but she felt sick the rest of the day. I guess you could say that people barfing on rides doesn't help first time riders.
I puked on Anaconda at PKD...but it was in a bet from a friend to eat 5 pieces of pizza, ride Flight Of Fear (old style) twice, and then go on Anaconda twice. First ride on Anaconda did it. Right after the corkscrews i blew off the side of the train.
My wife had an awesome day at SFoG. She ran off the Viper, puked off the stairs. Then walked off to go to the restroom. Only she was so tossed by the situation that she threw up in the men's room! I tried to stop her, she ran. Then it was the Georgia Cyclone, as soon as we hit the brakes before the station, over the edge. Then the Mindbender, that turn that's not an inversion, well it, too induced motion sickness. Some people in Gotham almost weren't happy, but she made it to the proper facility. She blames it on Acrophobia, after it she wasn't the same.
