Ever rebuild the park?

Does anyone else ever take a park already built in a scenario and demolish it (except for the good coasters) and use the money to rebuild the park?

The closest I come is in Mega Park, when I'll take out all the path and statues (original Mega) to keep from taking too much loan early.

My brother did that when we only had the original game, and we got $300,000 to play it again.

You bet! Also, by closing the park you can get more money from entrance fees as the park re-fills, and since you have a lot more new coasters, you can charge a higher fee. Of course, CSawyer stopped us from doing that in LL by making some of the scenarios be "free" for the entrance fee.

Frankly, I find it more cost effective to always have the entrance free, that way I can increase the price on the rides and my overall profit is higher.
