This will probably be the summer for me,I have a newborn and its hard to take a baby to amusement parks.
I spent 10 months in Saudi back in the gulf war 91-92, did not get to see a coaster for that long.
Made up for it though when I got out of service, went on a month long coaster trip.

Yes. Three years ago I got pregnant in May so my whole summer was shot. That didn't stop me from leaving my 6 month old the following year with my parents to make our annual trip to CP. She's almost 2 and 1/2 now and we've already left her with family 3 times and have at least 2 more trips we're are taking without her.

Thank you for riding America's Roller Coast
Nope, I havn't. But going 5 months on an off-season is just as worse!

Hmm, tough question, since riding my first non-carnie coaster in 1984, I think i have ridden a coaster just about every summer. The only years that I'm not sure about are '91 and '94. Money was really tight back then so park trips were the first on the chopping block. '91 was the summer before my sis went to college so I dont think we took a family trip that year. And '94 was after my first year in college so i was working the entire summer. But those are the only ones where I didnt at least get to Great America.

Not me, but last year was the first year since junior high I have gone a summer without riding the Beast.
I didn't go to SFGam until I was 7 in 1987, I didn't return until 1992. After that I visited once every year except 1997.
Yes.

I have, since my family only goes to Cedar Point every 2 years, I haven't gone on a coaster for 2 years straight before, and let me tell you that it is hell. :)
