European parks expand!!!

Do you think that Europe is going to build all these new coasters again next year? Do you think they will become like the US and start making lots of coasters every year?

80 coasters and soon to be more
Life is a roller coaster Ride It!

thorpe park is getting a B&M inverted, but no parks that got coasters will get any next year except for fantasy island which is gonna get a vekoma hammerhead stall. blackpool is rumoured to be getting an intamin LIM launch coaster like superman: the escape, but for that we will have to wait and see. some other parks that didnt get any big rides this year may get a roller coaster.

Yepp, the 2003 list is still increasing (and decreased with the Heide Giga). I think the amusement park market has never been as big as it is right now. The european parks wants the successful rides that has existed in the states for awhile to drag some more attendances. No parks doesn't want to be poorer than the other parks so i think the size of the coasters will grow pretty much too.

Some types of rollercoasters still has to be built in Europe like a 4th Dimension, Impulse/LIM-inverted, Premier's LIM shuttles and etc etc.

And right now Universal, Premier and Warner/Sixflags are competing so expect some big rides from them as allready seen in Spain.

I expect the coaster-boom in europe will last for a long time and that's a good future for me...
