European Parks

Ok, this is for my friend who is to lazy to get an account. Anyway, his granpa, who lives in Germany, said that he would take hime to any park that he would like. My (or his) question is which park should he go to.

He wants parks within a 2hr. drive from the Northern Germany area (France, Belgium, Holland, and of course Germany). He wants the best park coaster-wise, How many good coasters they have. Response would be greatly appreciated since I might go with him (*cough cough ANDREW! cough cough*)

800,000 years in 7 seconds: Time Machine the movie or next S&S creation?

You would probably want to go to Six Flags Holland because they are going to have seven coasters. Including Goliath!!!

A Vekoma SLC would do Nebraska wonders! :-)

Well if your going next year, I would definetly go to Heide Park to get some laps on there new for 03 412 ft Intamin. And dont forget there huge Intamin woodie Collosus.

Well, you've got 3 pretty good options:

Holiday Park - In Germany, big highlight is the 180 foot hyper Expedition Ge-Force by Intamin which has been widely hailed as *the* best Steelie in the world by people who've been over to ride it (and *yes*, these people have also been on SROS @ SFNE!) Features the "impossible" twisting first drop (you'd have to see to believe, try rcdb.com) and a beautiful twister styled layout...the current reigning champ of European steel.

Six Flags Holland - Really there wasn't a lot to talk about before this year but now they're getting a nice shiny Intamin Hyper called Goliath that has some insano flip turns and looks like it'll deliver some wild air, a possible contender for the best steel in Europe crown.

Parc Asterix (Paris) - If you like wood this is the place to be in Europe. Home to Tonnere de Zeus, supposedly one of the most divine gifts CCI has ever granted to we the enthusiast community. Definitely worth the trip by itself!
