Wow. I am so glad I am not a juror on this case. I'm sure I would be going crazy with all of this fluff and nonsense. Why can't they just get to the point? Did he disclose everything he was required to by law or not?

Seriously though, even the stupid people in a jury room are made to be smart. What you ask is exactly what the instructions from the judge will be.
The statute of limitations has an exemption for those who find Jesus between the time of their crime and the time they are prosecuted? I need to read up on KS law... ;)
