Check the available space on your computer.
If your recorces are down to a few hundred mb this error trapper is about to appear. It could be one reason for the problem.
As tricktrack said, make sure your reasources are free, no backround programs, free space on your computer and do a disk cleanup to free up space, gotta keep the pc at top speed with these kinda things! :)

I have found that a particular (downloaded) ride can cause the error trapper. Find the ride, remove it, problem solved. At least that has been the case the two times I have had a problem.
Thank you, I had just downloaded 4 parks off of C-buzz games and the first one I deleted was the "sour apple" and the problem was fixed, thank you so much, ive been playing endless hours of the game now that it works again! I'm truly addicted.
Today I did have a rather wierd graphics glitch however involving a coaster type from RCT2/TT...I had just built a custom dragonfly coaster(suspended single rail) & during testing the car started rotating on the diagonally placed drops just as if it were on the spinning mouse coaster or something like that.
Has anyone else ever had this happen when using this particular track type?
But this reminds me of another question I had for a long time:
When building a Watercoaster with blocksections in an already very big park, only two boats appear on the track! When clicking through the boat numbers in the ride-window, the same boat appears to the assigned number. This is very frustrating and bad for capacity :)
Your situation with the water coaster is kinda strange, you'd figure that as long as you have 4 blocks you'd be able to run at least 3 boats...perhaps that's the problem right there.
I'm gonna re-test the dragonfly coaster with multiple trains this time & see if the same thing happens,I tested it yesterday with only one car to make sure the design worked without stalling.
