Enthusiast Rate

Does anyone know where roller coaster enthusiasts rate on the "enthusiast chart?" I mean, there are hundreds and thousands of different enthusiast clubs in this world, so where do you think coaster nuts rate?
Right in between Carrot Top and Pancake Enthusiasts.

Honestly, that was a serious question. I was thinking...that if a company wants to invest in something like adding an advertisement to the end of a roller coaster, who would see it the most? That kind of thing....thats why i ask. Its not really an off season thing, just a question.
Actually.......no, but a little birdie told me Rob bared all at the SRM campfire

Lee - many coasters [and rides] already *have* advertisements in the form of corporate sponsors. I've seen rides coaster sponsored by CornNuts, 7-Up, Pepsi, Stri-Dex, Poland Springs Bottled Water, and even HasbroInteractive's Roller Coaster Tycoon.

mOOSH [no longer needing to see the SRM video....]

And I've heard stories from Kristin, Rob (other Rob), and other SRM 2k3 attendees about seeing way too much Nasai. Although, they just left it at the underwear on the porch of the RV... nobody mentioned Little Big Rob making an appearence at the campfire.

Are you trying to stay on topic Moosh? You'd think there were still parks open or something. Sheesh!

....like me, Moosh doesn't know the meaning of an "off-season"....we call that ERT time...;)

I do seem to notice an increase of coasters in *cameo appearances* in commercials....mmm, feeling like a Snickers right now! But I think it's just picking the demographic and shooting for it....there are no Jack Daniels' sponsorship agreements, are there? ;)

In other words (English, anyone?)...the advertisers aren't targeting *enthusiasts*, just teens and young families, hopefully with some disposable income....

....and I even stayed on topic....:)

Wait, are we sticking dill pickles *into* the donuts? That's tangy and creamy! :)

-Danny

They rate just above the clubs that 'enjoy' marching band music, but just behind those who collect spare tires. It will be years until everyone is out from under the shadow of those pesky 'trekkers'.
