On Friday I emailed HW and have yet to receive a reply. Does anyone know about how long it usually takes to get a reply?

I'd give it a few busniess days. I bet the office staff doesn't work on weekends. 3-4 busniess days then I'd call.

What email address did you use? I answer the "fun" and my other accounts very quickly (from home, over the weekend, etc.)--just ask Chuck, Moosh, and a host of others; the one unanswered email from Friday (for which I await an answer from a Higher Power) isn't from anyone named Danthe Coasterman.

Paula, just curious, do you respond to every email that is sent to the "fun" email account or just the ones that warrant a response? If it's every single one, you must write emails quite often, and that's very cool that you respond to all of them.
