Eisner says "turbulence" during his time as CEO was part of doing things better

Michael Eisner said Friday that the "turbulence" at the Walt Disney Co. during his reign as chief executive was just part of trying to do things better at one of the world's biggest entertainment companies.

Sadly for eisner and the Disney CO that Frank Wells died. He had the ability to keep eisner focused and to stop his over management of everything.

Once Wells died there was no one to put a leash on eiser in the company.
