I need Help Making Racing Coasters, How Do I have 2 Stations?
You cannot have two stations. Your best bet is to make one continuous ride (Mobius strip kind of deal) and run the track past the station with a complete stop brake right there. You'll have to work out the timing, but it might work for you. Check out the Windjammer recreation that came with one of the updates of NL.

Actually you can create two stations in NL v1.2. However, John pointed it out, you need to create a mobius design that is continuous.

The problem I've found with having two stations though is the blocking. Even though each side has two sets of block brakes before the station, it will not run with 4 trains, instead I have to use 5 trains, very odd.

When you do create stations make sure you check the "Synchronize" option on both stations. When you get them working it looks really cool :)

You can have two stations, but you still have to make it a mobius strip. Just be sure you have the latest NL update.

What is A mobius Strip?/???

Mobius = Contiuous. The track leaving station #1 ends at station #2. The track leaving station #2 ends at station #1.
