Du_A_ling Coaster idea, pun intended!

Why not just turn the seizmic coaster track a quarter turn and u have a sitdown/floorless & a inverted sharing the track? Or use Intamin track. Two problems though, heartlines & supports!

Another idea is to have the back of rows/seats connected to floorless chassis via a car type axle inline with track & some ingenious mechanism to control the rotating. This will allow the seats to rotate to Floorless/Inverted or even Sidewinder position depending whether the track is in F/I/S orientation!! Imagine a Cobra Roll which is half F, half I! Or even a fake zero-g roll, i.e. cars spin 360 over a camelback. Try 720 degs for the not-of-faint hearted! Or a fake curve!

Just have the heartlines give some negitive G's and have the floorless about three feet lower then the inverted.

What is life without geniuses?

I mean having a floorless on top of a boxed four rail track & an Inverted suspended below. This won't leave much room inbetween the two trains for supports to slip in. Unless the track is twice as high as it is wide.

Wouldn't it just be cool if there was a B&M with floorless and standup trains? When the standup would come in the floor wouldn't have to come up in the station.

Or how about a train that is half s/u, half f. Back half s/u for obvious reason!!

When are we gonna see a dueling coaster - floorless vs inverted. Imagine a section where the i comes down low over the f. The I's rider's legs are just a foot above ya heads. That'll scare the crap outta me! Hope a shoe doesn't fly off & hit my face!! :-)

What about a triple racing/dueling coaster? I recall CP had a rumor for this before Mantis was built plus another where a coaster had interchangeable track. Looks like Giovanola has resurrected this idea!

Someone had a concept called the 'Hammerhead.' It's basically a Floorless, except the seats are split in half and extend off the cars laterally. I.e. take the Seizmic and join the two train halves! As a result there is no track below or above you.

This guy actually sent a drawing of the concept to B&M and they said that it wouldn't work as too much vertical torque on wheel assemblies! I'm sure there's got to be a way around it. This guy said he's an engineer and there is a way around it.

That's a good point about the side-mounted design, and I wonder how Setpoint intends to overcome that. The center of gravity is way out there. It's not like the Swing Thing, where the center of gravity is below the track.

Hey! Notice how the Seizmic has a long vertical chassis. Why not have another pair of seats below the original one, like a double decker bus?

These ideas are probably dumb anyway!
