Executives with the DreamVision Co. revealed conceptual plans Monday for a $3.5 billion park in North Texas but left some big questions unanswered. Such as: Where exactly will the 5,000-acre park with a massive man-made mountain that will house a winter wonderland be built?

DreamVision CEO Rick Silanskas introduced Bryan Robinson, CEO of Provident Global Capital, as a partner in the parks that will cost more than $3 billion each to build. Robinson registered Provident Global Capital, LLC with the Alabama Secretary of State on Feb. 3, 2015, according to online records. Robinson listed a post office box in Killen for the business.
