Gemini and the Beast were the bomb (still are) and it cost about $10 to get into CP and KI. GL was $6.95.

Oh please, TTD! I have the 8-bit Nintendo and an Atari 2600 that both still work! Geek factor runs high over here.Anyway, I haven't seen TTD launch either when I've been watching. Fear not - I'm sure I'll see something Saturday!
Amen to that! Dragster first thing...ahhhhh.

<-------who misses her 2600, but still has her Genesis
I should have bought Kleenex stock, tho.

But before he does, I can brag about mine... I have a GameCube, PS2, Nintendo 64, Super NES, NES and Atari 2600, and still play them all pretty equally. At other points in my life, I've had a Gameboy, Atari Lynx, Neo Geo, TurboGrafx 16, Sega Genesis... and probably some others I'm forgetting.
I'm pretty sure the SNES is the best video game system of all time.
Magnavox Odyssey 2000 (the box says 1977 - I'd have been 4!)
Atari 2600
NES
Sega Master System (w/3D glasses)
TurboGraphx 16
SNES
Sega Genesis
Playstation
N64
Gameboy
Gameboy Advance
Systems I owned but no longer have:
Vectrex (really wish I still had this one!)
ColecoVision
That TurboGraphx CD thing (Turbo Duo?)
The Genesis CD addon
Intellivision
The newer version of the Odyssey that competed with the 2600 and Intellivision - name escapes me right now.
The last system I bought for myself was the N64 then I had kids. They're finally getting old enough to start looking at getting back into console gaming. My daughter got the GBA for her 4th B-day and still plays it a bunch and it's going on 3 years.
Edited - Can't believe I forgot my beloved ColecoVision!

IIRC, the "cartridge" style console from Magnavox was just called "Odyessy". It was silver, and the joysticks had detents at the 8 major positions. I vaguely remember getting geeked about an adventure game for it that came with maps and pieces and such, something like "Quest For The Rings"???

So far no one has mentioned Sega Dreamcast or Nintendo Virtual Boy. Not that I'm keeping tally.....carry on.
Fate is the path of least resistance.
Didn't the actual console have a keyboard on it too?
Or am I mixing memories in my head?
EDIT - yes it did. Here's the one I had.

I'll build a MAME cabinet when I get a bigger house. I can barely fit the Dragons Lair and Mach 3 machines I have now. :)
Um, yeah, we were talking about Dragster at some point, weren't we? I'll be there the 16th-17th. I'm patient...

It looks like on the webcam that the spoiler has returned on the TTD trains. Can anyone else see if the theming has returned or not??
Look here http://www.virtualmidway.com/news/0506041.asp. Scroll down a bit. Walt has a picture of Dragster from this morning. No spoiler.
