No it is not open.
When is it slated to close? well that is one of the most difficult questions to answer.
All that is for sure, is that it is still testing on occasions, and that they are still deciding whether to re-track it, sell it, or replace it.

It's being sold. I had the web site adress that it was on.(For used rides and coasters) If I find it I'll post it. BGW wants 4.5million for it,and so far I think the highest offer they received was 3.
