How does this sound: Bacon-wrapped mahi mahi bites with a cherry tomato relish; smoked kielbasa sliders with whole-grain mustard and home-made sauerkraut; and marinated blow-torched steak tenders with a potato croquette? Brew & BBQ at CP was fun. I heard the Taste of the Carolinas was good, but needed a little work (Heard the food was good tho), so I'm glad CF is doing these things.
Which other CF park is the meat and beer coming from?
The amusement park rises bold and stark..kids are huddled on the beach in a mist

^If there's justice in the world, the meat would come from Worlds of Fun (Oklahoma Joe's/Arthur Bryant's).
The beer...well, Yuengling is fairly local to Dorney...
