Dorney - Tracks in Cedar Creek?

You would be correct. the coaster had skid breaks up untill the time of the station reconstruction, when the station was moved back from the curve. Fin breaks cannot be used on a curve like that, which is actually why the Twister uses skid breaks too.

I heard Twister was the first new coaster to to install skid breaks in about 20 years or when ever fins were first used on a wooden coaster.

Back to the old Dorney questions! From that 79 map it shows two ride I never heard of. Anyone know what the Zodiac and UFO were?

Signature will be closed today. Sorry for the inconveinance.

So the original trim brake was a skid as well? I assume that it was installed on the straight section of track at the top of the second hill/top of first turn?
