Dollywood Coupons/Discounts

Hey everybody. For those of you who do not know im getting married on October 16th, to my wonderful fiance.

For our honeymoon, i've decided to rent a cabin near dollywood. For the last thing we do on our trip, i would like to head over to dollywood for the day before we leave. But i was just wondering if there was any discounts or coupons that could help me save a little money. Since im a college student, and forkin over a whole lot of money for the cabin, i was just checkin to see if anyone knows of any savings for us.

Also i have never been to dollywood. I was also kind of wondering on what to see, what to do (besides thunderhead, of course). Thanks for all your help!

Here's something you guys can try.
When i was vacationing in Pigeon forge in june, my girlfriend and i contantly being approached by "the time-share people".
to make a long story short, we sat in for a time share in return for 100 bucks. (some offered dinner coupons for restaurants and stuff) we went for the money.
after sitting and saying no for like two hours, they gave us a voucher, we went to the counter, cashed it in: $100 bucks... that covered Dollywood for us...

As for discounts, however, I've not been sucessful in finding any, and if you get tickets online, you pay the same price.

I would, however, on seeing what the park has to offer, say that the price is probably worth it, but no harm in looking for the discounts;).

There are generally speaking no discounts for one day tickets to Dollywood, however, you can arrive at or after 3 pm and purchase a one day ticket for the next day and enjoy the rest of the afternoon free. At least it's a way to get more for your money.

Everyone I asked when I went said there were no one day discounts, but like gardener14 said, a pass after 3 is good the next day. Also, there are several hotels that sell passes at the front desk that are good for 2 days for the price of one and you can go in at open both days. I got mine at Holiday Inn Express.
