Thunderhead is horrible! It lacks thrills, airtime, laterals, and everything else need to be an awsome coaster. And it still has those dreaded GCII lapbars everyone complains too much about too.
Does that make you feel better Moosh? ;)

As if all the rave reviews weren't bad enough to make matters worse I get to look at photos of Thunderhead as I design our 2005 calendar [it's on the cover and featured in July].
I'll get there next year...after it's had time to break in ;)
Booowhahahahahahahahahahaaaaaa! (Better get me plane tickets soon!) ;)

What is this Double-Up that some people refer to? There's no real Double up at all. You could call the element weaving through the lift a double up, but it has a turn in it.
Most people think of Double up's or down's like on The Phoenix and Kennywood's Jack Rabbit. Like Moosh said Double up's don't really need to be in a straight line to be a double up. Thunderheads gives air just like any other double up.
This looks like a double up or down. *** Edited 4/15/2004 9:26:02 PM UTC by RavenTTD***
That flat section is where I was standing for my profile pic. :)
I'll let ya know when I get back on Monday....have a great weekend everybody! :)
Pardon our dust...Signature is building for your future enjoyment!
I think I'll go ahead and buy that Dolly Parton's Greatest Hits CD I've been thinking about. I can't remember the last time a new coaster got such great reviews right from the start.
Cograts Ms. Parton! Ya done good! Congrats GCI!!!
