I didn't think Beemer Hypers needed seatbelts, I thought there was a failsafe system in the train that if a restraint came undone, so there was no need for the secondary seatbelt restraint.
My understanding was that most seatbelts (on steel loopers) are more for measuring purposes than for actual restraining purposes.

Kumba used to have seatbelts years ago. You can see on the OSTR's where they used to be.
Kumba never had seatbelts (except the big boy seats). I don't know what marks you are seeing on the OTSRs but they are not from seatbelts.

...Truthfully I have problems from one big boy seat to the next. One coaster I can latch myself no problem (Kumba, Montu, Dueling Dragons and Hulk) and others I have a tough time of it. (Dominator, Great Bear)In reallity It's not my gut thats the problem. It's my shoulder size. They always said I'd be a linebacker and I was
Finally, somebody that has the same problem as me. I wish that parks would make atleast one row per train that accomidated people with broad shoulders. Like make the restraint come forward more in the shoulders. That is why I like Arrow and Vekoma OTSR's, they are so forgiving to people with broad shoulders. They also need to make the B&M seats a tad bigger in the hips, but may only be a problem I have though.
One more thing. Has anbody fit in the test seat, but not in the real seat? This problem has happened to me twice (Superman @ SFFT and Talon) and is very annoying.
