Does anyone know the website that has a database of average wait times at parks?

I once came accross this cool site where users contributed how long they waited for each ride, along with the date they went and the day of the week. The database was growing quickly and had a lot of listings, but I can't think of the site. I was originally linked to it from somewhere on coasterbuzz...but search is not helping me. Anyone know the site? Thanks in advance.
I came across something called WhenToRide.com linked from another website. I don't know how accurate it is, but it seems like a good idea, I suppose.

As djgreghaus said, it's www.whentoride.com. (If that link doesn't work, try http://www.coasterfanatics.com/whentoride .) It's still in its infancy -- IMO, there's not enough data posted to be truly accurate.

Last time I checked, I was the only one who had entered data for PCW, La Ronde, and SF Great Escape. A couple enthusiasts have entered data for Cypress Gardens and SFDL. The most popular theme parks (major theme parks in Florida, California and Ohio) have data from a few enthusiasts, but still not enough to be statistically representative. *** Edited 6/29/2005 1:44:56 PM UTC by greatwhitenorth***

That is Ted's site. Well it's powered by his site. Which I think is fanatastic. It helps from people asking that age old question "I'm going to such and such park, how long will I have to wait?" Just go to whentoride.com and it will be on there hopefully.

My question is, what difference does it make?

Thats not accurate at all by looking at the SFGAM wait times.
