I've had RCT for the past 3 months, and I'm currently at this scenario called Lightning Peaks, and it's basically this mountain with chair lifts on it. I've completed every other scenario (even the one where u can't knock down the trees) but I can't complete this one. Do you have ANY cheats which could help me!!?? I need more money, and more guests, and happier guests. I downloaded a trainer but it doesn't work. I click on the trainer, and then start the game, but when I press the F# buttons nothing happens!!! And I know the trainer is activated because i pressed ALT+TAB, and it said the trainer was active. Please HELP, i want to get to the MEGA park. Please!!!
I don't understand why you have to cheat with that one. I remember having to pace myself as far as spending money, but it was far from difficult to finish.

Can you give me cheat codes instead of criticisms on my inability to finish this scenario? Could you please give me some
codes?
Here's a cheat to get money. When it starts to rain pause the game and jack the price of umbrellas up to like $12 or $13. It's easier when you only have one or two stands though. It's amazing how much peeps will spend on an umbrella when its raining. Just try to pace your building and pay off the loan as quick as you can.

I can't wait for the 2000 season to start!!
Go to a search site and type in "roller coaster tycoon codes". There are no "real" codes built into roller coaster tycoon. So you have to get a trainer.
coasterpunk -- that's not a cheat. That's taking advantage of the peeps, but it's not a cheat :) Same principle applies in real life with the $6 hamburgers at the McDonald's in Great Adventure :/
Simple supply & demand -- when it's raining, the peeps need umbrellas, and your stand is the only source, so they'll shell out the big $$$.
I pull a similar trick with covered rides (haunted houses, observation towers, etc.) When it starts to rain, jack up the admission price on those rides temporarily, because at least some of the peeps are going to want to get out of the rain. Just be sure to lower the admission price again when the sun comes back out so people will still ride...
Your right Greg it's not really a cheat. But then again you are cheating the peeps out of their money so I guess it is kind of a cheat. I know if I was at my parks I'd be getting pretty wet and not on the water rides either. ;)

True -- I'm perfectly willing to say "a little water isn't going to kill me" :)
BTW, getting back to the original discussion, the "jack up the umbrellas" strategy works REAL well for the scenario in question -- it rains a LOT at Lightning Peaks. Just did it again last night, with over $20K in cash at the end (having paid off the loan). And that's probably far from the best anyone's ever done :)

Abandon all hope, all ye who...oops, too late. Bye!
