Does anybody still ride the Bluestreak?

I was at Cedarpoint last week and the line for the Bluestreak wasn't long at all.I always make it a point to ride it ,does anyone else?
When we went to CP we waited about 40 minutes for Blue Streak. That was a Tuesday too. We did one ride in 1-3 figuring that's the air time seat like the Phoenix at Knoebels. If that's the ejector seat it's nothing compared to the Phoenix. We were expecting an air time machine and found a dud. I guess we weren't in the right seat or were we?

I've seen full queues for that ride at several points this summer. I'm sure it's still well trafficked.

Back in the early 70's the Blue Streak was an air time machine. On a hot evening after a rain the trains would be flying. Back then all we had was the lap bars, and we definitely had some major air time. I hear it's not the same since they changed the trains.
The Blue Streak is a great ride at Conneaut Lake Park. It is by far one of the best woodies of its time; i haven't been up there since the park opened again.

The Blue Streak is awesome if your lapbar doesn't latch down three spots too far!! That is painful! Happened on Beast and Racer backwards too!

The queue for Blue Streak is also governed by the pheonomenon that shrinks the Raptor queue to virtually nothing come 3-4pm every day. Perhaps the original poster made it to the front of the park around that time. Let's not forget that the Blue Streak is the best wooden coaster on the peninsula. Tons of airtime. Well paced. Unfortunately a victim of the times with the addition of the new restraints. I still make a point to ride it, along with every adult coaster, when I'm there.

I always ride the Bluestreak and have waited the whole range of times from 0 - 40 minutes. I am a coaster traditionalist and while machines like Raptor are fun, there is just something magical about a rickety old wooden coaster that really gives me that special amusement park feeling.
Steel coasters are just a ride, but woodies are alive and have a constantly changing personality.
Probably another great thing about it, well it seems to be kind of in its own area of the park, even since the 70's. And you think you are in the marina. Its always quiet over there, and yes, its a great rides.
I've only been to CP twice but I made sure to get a few rides in both times on Blue Streak. It's interesting to think that this was the tallest coaster in OH when it was built.
I always make a point to ride it when I'm there. Got 3 rides this year.

Thank you for riding America's Roller Coast
It's still a fun coaster. Iride it anytime I go to CP.
At coastermania, I rode it, and there was like a 40 minute wait! I didn't want to wait that long, but I hadn't ridden it in like 4-5 years, so I did instead.
I still ride it.
My only request is that CP brings back the old restraints and bench seats for this coaster.
Unfortunately the safety people will not allow that to happen. They have to protect the GP from themselves.
Blue Streak is one of my favorite wooden coasters.

Every time I go to Cedar Point I always sneak 3 or 4 rides on Blue Streak, I'll reride it a couple times when its a walkon.
