Liseberg's homesite has some pics from their christmas season when they open the park over the weekends and later in December the whole week. The park is litten up by about 3 million lightbulbs and the results are pretty impressive.

The parks has 20 attractions open, most of them are kiddie rides, walk-troughs, a skating rink on the pond and small hill for skiing (for kids). Also at the paths and streets there's a christmas market where you can buy home made food, candle, christmastrees everything that has to do with the christmas and the kids can meet Sancta Claus (sp?).
Now i wonder if your homeparks or any parks nearby has this kind of opening during the winter? I know SFGAdv has some sort of a drive trough that's new for the 2002 season but it sounds less impressive with "only" 1 million lights and just a drive trough.

Does S&S often replace parts or whole tower sections on their tower rides because I just notice they have chopped the Space Shot, looks like about half of the tower is gone.
