Do your park have a christmas opening?

Liseberg's homesite has some pics from their christmas season when they open the park over the weekends and later in December the whole week. The park is litten up by about 3 million lightbulbs and the results are pretty impressive.

The parks has 20 attractions open, most of them are kiddie rides, walk-troughs, a skating rink on the pond and small hill for skiing (for kids). Also at the paths and streets there's a christmas market where you can buy home made food, candle, christmastrees everything that has to do with the christmas and the kids can meet Sancta Claus (sp?).

Now i wonder if your homeparks or any parks nearby has this kind of opening during the winter? I know SFGAdv has some sort of a drive trough that's new for the 2002 season but it sounds less impressive with "only" 1 million lights and just a drive trough.

Disneyland has 2 rides redone for Christams, Its a Small World Holiday and a Nightmare before christmas redo of the Haunted Mansion, as well as a special fireworks show comlete with snow machines. Six Flags Magic Mountain does nothiing. Knotts transforms into Knotts Merry Farm, they have christmas Crafts (which is actually free to enter wearing a special wristband) and a good ice skating show.

Let me be the first to mention how wonderful PKI's Winterfest was. I believe the last time they did it was 1992. Ice skating on the fountain, riding Enchanted Voyage and eating hot funnel cakes..... very cool.

Does S&S often replace parts or whole tower sections on their tower rides because I just notice they have chopped the Space Shot, looks like about half of the tower is gone.
