Do you think SF is done with B:TR?

Will they build anymore? I know there's a strong rumor of one going to La Ronde but one hasn't been built in 2 years. What's your opinion?

We're not White, Black, Hispanic, or Asian. We're American!

I think it's possible for a new one to be built. Accually, I should say one is being built, WBMW (Madrid, I think, the new park they are building.)

As for La Ronde, I would think of that park as a SLC park, myself.

I don't see why they wouldn't. It's a great ride, and very popular. I was amazed at the length of the line at SFGAdv when I rode it there. I waited longer for it than Nitro or Medusa!

I doubt it, if there is a Six Flags chain without an Inverted, you will most likely see a BTR clone installed.

BMCOASTER

The Batmans have been a sort of "tradition" at Six Flags. Now with faster and higher coasters out, I think they will cut back on the original layouts

Go SFOG!!!!!

Six Flags waited two years between B:TR clones before.  SFOG got theirs in 1997 and SFOT didn't receive one until 1999.  The Batman ride going up at WBMW is a Batman clone, and a clone for La Ronde is looking more likely than ever.  There is no reason for Six Flags to NOT clone this ride, as it has a fantastic layout and it fits pretty much anywhere.
I would love to see that for SFA .All they gotta do is rip out Mind Eraser during the off-season and add the B:TR coaster afterward.
B:TR wouldn't fit where Mind Eraser is. B:TR fills a much larger plot of land. I agree with Jeff, it's amazing how long the lines are for it at Great Adventure.
Even if your park has a Vekoma SLC, it is not the same as B:TR.  B&M's inverted coasters are extremely different from Vekoma's.  A good majority of SF Parks has an SLC.  They should keep those and add a B:TR clone.  Not all the parks should have a B:TR clone.  He don't want to over-do it with the Batmans.  But actually, parks over do it with the SLCs.  I don't see why they can't do the same thing with B:TR clones.

TOP 5
1. Alpengeist, 2. Magnum XL-200, 3. Superman: Ride of Steel (SFNE), 4. Volcano: The Blast Coaster, 5. Apollo's Chariot
Six Flags Fiesta Texas doesn't have a B:TR, in fact, they don't have any inverted, so maybe the next one is for them...

I let the music (and the coasters) take me, Take me where
my heart wants to go. Impressive Instant, Madonna.

The lines for Batman the Ride at Six Flags Great America still fill up all the way and it was the first one built, so I would assume that anywhere a Batman T:R is there will be long lines for it.  As it says in the queve: "If you build it they will come"

I would love to see a Batman clone inline twist going over a midway.  That I think would be neat and could be a signature to the Batman clones.
is the B:TR at great adventure a clone of great america's?

All B:TR's are clones of the original at SFGAm.  The only one that I know of that is different (and that's only because it's a mirror image) is the one at SFStL.

The lines are never long for the one at SFMM. THey use to be but not anymore.
Well me and vacoasterfreak waited for over two hours on saturday to ride SFGAdv's B:TR. In relation, that was the same amount of time we waited for Robin:The Chiller, almost three times as long as NITRO, and Medusa was only 10 minutes!

Like Triple H, B:TR really is "That Damn Good"

I  Believe that it's possible they  will  build more of these B&M production models. Look at WBMW!
The SFGAm line at Batman: The Ride is usually always one of, if not the longest.  And yeah, all Batman: The Rides are clones and/or a mirror images of the original at SFGAm.  The west coast people must not know a good coaster when they see one if they don't have a line at theirs.
i sure hope they build more!  B:TR really is an all around incredible coaster!!  it may not be as tall or as fast as some of the other BM inverts, but it packs a HUGE punch :)
