Do you look forward to FrightFest?

The month of October has got to be my favorite month at amusement parks. Besides relatively short lines, it is always an incredible rush to see the midways of your homepark turn into feendishley decorated graveyards. Also, who doesn't love the many employees running around like ghouls.

Then, the haunted houses, hayrides, and attractions are excellent. Now, I haven't been to many parks while their version of Fright Fest is going on, so do all parks go all out to make Halloween a HUGE draw?
Park: SFDL

If it was 1998, than yes, I would be looking forward to it. Every year since than its been getting worse and worse, and i really think it will be pointless to even bother going unless they fix it up how it used to be...

I didn't get to go to PKI's last year; however, this year I am going to make sure I go. It seems like fun, plus it's another day at an amusement park. I can't wait to see what it is really like for myself.
Knott's Scary FArm is the best one, make it out for this year to Knott's SCray Farm, Looking forward for my first time at SFMM Fright Fest!
While I love the atmosphere and decorations, the short lines, the cool air, Indian corn-candy, all the things that go bump in the night...it also means that the season will be over shortly (at SFGAdv anyway) and that we'll soon be thrown into that painfully long six months with no coasters (unless you travel). I HATE THAT. So, I love Octoberfest and dislike it at the same time.

Life is a Great Adventure!!
SFGAm does a very good job.
CP does a great job as well. Bundle up, though. It gets a bit chilly off the lake round those parts at that time of year.

I second that. As for me looking forword to it, yes, and no. Yes because it has an unmatchable vibe, and it's really fun to ride roller coasters in chilly weather, no because it means the season is ending.

SFWoAs is funny, at the main entrance there's a sign that says "FREAK FLICKS-->" with the L and the I connected to make a funnier sign. Also last year there were bloody whales all over the place. This year the haunted house will be in the ballroom and another one. The trail is rumored to be on the one path. Also kettele korn is great!! IMO oktoberfest is better

HurricaneGeauga- Just in case
SFGAm Fright Fest is great but it is usually really crowded and your lucky if you can get all the coasters in.

Don't Fight it, Ride it, RAGING BULL!
oh how i pity all of you looking forward to Fright fest, it is the least fun i have ever had at a Haunt. This is because you have obviously never experienced Knotts Scary Farm Halloween Haunt after that i have been spoiled i dont enjoy other haunts. Even universal Studios Extremely elaborate Halloween Horror Nights Pales in comparison, even though it is above normal Universal Standards it still doesnt match KNotts..
No! It means cold weather, school, the end of my coaster season and huge crowds. Although, it does have a nice atmosphere. Kind of cozy.
