...why Mr. Gates doesn't build a major park with hundreds of coasters? Or why doesn't CP take out a big loan and build a ton of coasters?
I always wonder what a topic titled "Do you ever wonder" will be about. ;)
Seriously though... debt is bad. Ask Premier.

I've always wondered that too. I mean he could buy as much land as he wanted and build an infinite amount of roller coasters.
He's probably a wus of coasters.

Whose Line is it Anyway?
good one Hooper...actually, speaking of coaster wussies, one of the designers on a show i once saw said that he'll design 'em but he won't ride 'em. how does he know if they're good? he stands at the exit ramp and looks at people's faces as they get off the ride!!
Was that Ron Toomer? He said that at Coastermania last year. He is the father of Magnum.

Yeah, that was Ron Toomer, I saw the same special. I think it was something like Thrills, Chills, and Spills that aired last year on the Discovery Channel.

No, I mean he said it in person at Coastermania.

I can't imagine designing coasters without riding them. I don't think I could get the "paceing" right and things like that. But who knows.
hey, some folks got the talent...i study with a master pastry chef who can't eat sugar...his stuff is just as good as ever. so you COULD design coaster without riding them.
Bill Gates probably just does not have a interest in the coaster business! :)

The Raging Bull #1!!
I have to admit, on occasion I've wondered why Bruce doesn't buy Asbury Park's decayed oceanfront
and boardwalk area and make something AMAZING of it. Bill Gates could chip in too.
I have always wondered how in the hell the disney officals made such a sorry park even though he poured 1.4 billion dollar into it. Even though I haven't been there California adventure seems pretty sad for the price tag that came with it. Heck it has one coaster , what is the deal with that.

Actually, DCA is a pretty cool park. I does need to be expanded. I enjoyed it thoroughly.

Yeah it would be pretty cool if old billy boy made a theme park, but what would he call it? BillWorld? GatesLand? MoneyMountain?
