Do You Ever Get The Same Feeling In Your Dreams ..

As you do on a good coaster? I do every once in a while. the other night I had a real good one.....I had a dream that I was riding "X"....well...it was sort of "X"......the first drop, though, was something like 900 ft. I think I woke up right after the first drop....my heart was pounding and I could have sworn that I just got off the ride.

I once dreamt that I rode Supreme Scream @ Knott's and it felt real. The only catch was that the Supreme Scream I rode in my dreams was not the 3-leg TD in real life. It was CP's four-leg type Power Tower :)

Well, I had a dream I fell from a coaster and got that same "losing your stomach" feelig in while sleep while falling in my dream. The weird thing is, I woke up right before I it the ground.

I once got this when I had a dream about Wicked Twister. It was about a month or so ago, and I remember getting the cool spinning sensation you get on the back spike.

I had a dream that I went to CP and to ride MF you had to park your car on the track and we you're car would take you around, needless to say the seatbelt was pretty worthless.

I have dreams about coasters quite a bit, and usually they are souped-up versions of what is real, or it's a totally different coaster.
I did have one the other night about a triple Intamin rocket coaster, all intertwining including the top-hats (one red, one white, one blue) I seem to remember the feeling that they were all 1000 feet each (hey, if you are dreaming might as well have fun with it!!!)

This was the first day that the new track was sighted and I was thinking about it all night, and of course dreamt about it.

Coaster dreams are fun, but flying dreams are even better, especially when you are in the state that you realize you are "dreaming" and can control it (lucid dreaming.....learned about it in a psych class one time). Pretty cool. It's hard to do though.

I've had one of em before, but it was odd.

I was at some park that had all the best coasters in it. I was about to ride Millenium Force, and then, I woke up, but I was sweating and and all that good stuff.

PLayerPunk, I've had that feeling alot when I dream about falling from somewhere. Its really strange, and before you hit ground, you wake up.

Whenever I have a coaster dream, I either fall off without being hurt after the first drop. Or wake up at the top of the hill. I get so pissed when I wake up, and try to fall back asleep to continue the dream! :(

I'm sitting shiva for CCI.

I've had a few. I normally get them before a coaster opens up. I dream about what it's gonna be like when I do ride it. For example, I had a dream one time that MF's lift was going to be like that on Scooby Doo's Ghoaster Coaster. The weird thing though was that I knew it wasn't. LOL. Dreams are weird.

I had a dream I was going up MF's lift hill and then all of a sudden there was a strong wind and the whole hill fell over and I fell to my death. I woke up on the floor but I was terrified. It felt very realistic.

My dreams are so screwed up....................One time I was getting on Millie and we went up the lift which was like 10feet but I thought it was the scariest thing ever. We dropped and instead of banking to the right, we banked to the left into the water so they made everyone wear scuba gear before getting on.................it was so screwed up.............

i get dreams like this but most likely they are about carnivals and the different rides they have at them, i think i had one once when i was in the predator's q but no idea what happened after that, either that or i have nightmares about horrendous stapling, ahhh!! thankfully ive never had a dream about anyone getting hurt or dying on a ride..yet!

I had a dream that I rode DD Fire. Once we reached the top, I was thrown off and really lost my stomach.

I had a dream... i was riding Kumba at BGTB and i fell off the hill and i hit the ground.. then a bird crapped on me and i woke up.

Coasterqueen- Yes, I'm very familiar with lucid dreaming and have been fairly good at achieving it. It can be incredible at times.I've been working on it for years...to be able to "turn on" the lucid dreaming. I've found that I can accomplish that with a pretty good success rate if I put myself in a "meditative" state as I'm about to go to sleep. It's pretty awesome when you can control your dreams like that.

i had a dream where i was on some roler coaster and it felt like the forces of the roller coaster were like 30g's...it was rele intense....and then when it was over...the car fell of of the track and it floated to the ground and i was stuck in it

You know something weird? The most times I dream about coasters or parks, I don't actually ride the coasters. It's like I go and I just look at them. But one time I dreamt that I fell off the Magnum at the turn-around part, and every time I'm on that part I think of the dream I had like a year and a half ago. But this other time I dreamt that the Bat was at Cedar Point and I was riding it. But to answer ur question, yeah I guess I feel the thrill sometimes.

Anyways, I remember I had a dream I was running front seat on Xcelerator. Mind you at the time, I had only seen pictures of the ride, and still haven't been on Xcelerator. I remember the launch and going over the top hat. Then it seemed like I flew out of the seat or something. It seemed incredibly realistic.

Then once I DLed BadNitrus' animation, my dream seemed almost EXACTLY like the animation (minus the flying out of the seat part).
