Dive Loop?

What's that? Do any CP rides have one?

Cedar Fair hates valleyfair... boohoo.
Mantis has a diving loop.
A dive loop is an inversion where you dive upwards while gradually turning upside down. That's the first half of it, then you finish it with the second half of a verticle loop. Mantis at Cedar Point has a dive loop as its second inversion. The opposite of a diving loop is an immelman; Montu and Wildfire both have these.

a diving loop is a maneuver commonly found on Stand-Up coasters. An example of this is Mantis and Riddler's Revenge. It is also found on Medusa East. It is basically going up an incline, then instead of cresting the hill, you do half of a zero-g roll and dive back down to earth in a half loop.
