Disneyland Resort in Anaheim will be used as Orange County, California’s first large-scale COVID-19 vaccine site, officials announced Monday.

I am guessing you are being sarcastic. I don't think anyone will be getting out of a car. I suspect the infrastructure for traffic, proximity to the freeway, ability to even use the garages for shelter are a big part of why that location was selected.
And, of course, they remain closed.
It may also be a bone that the state is throwing to the park. Paying Disney some kind of "usage fee" because there's no other source of income.

If they have traffic people with Mickey gloves and those creepy smiles-on-sticks, that would be amazing.

My mother got her first shot this morning at a County park. It sounds like Disney could be helping states and counties with crowd control. Something sticks in my mind that hey helped airports and TSA post 9/11 with queue lines. I think they could use some help getting people in and out of these vaccine lines efficiently.
Disney hates sick people.

Originally I was going to make some crack about charging $19 per vehicle to enter...but then I realized...
Hmmm...maybe they could route everybody through the garage backwards: enter through the exit, up the ramps to the upper deck, through the garage the long way back down to the bottom, administer injections from the toll booths...

After you get your vaccination your car is casually routed into a drive-thru gift shop. Return for your second shot and get 25% off your next purchase of any regularly priced item.
Promoter of fog.
I would have thought Angels stadium, with its wide open parking lot, would have been easier. Disneyland resort parking is a bit more complex. Maybe they set up in both places. Also, Downtown Disney is open, which will add to the mess.
