Disneyland Resort rings in New Year

Knott's Berry Farm continues to take delivery of track for Xcelerator. Things seem to be speeding up as we still await the Buena Park City Council to take up the issue of Xcelerator.

Over at the Disneyland Resort the New Year came in with a bang as it always has. Thousands of people crowded both Disneyland Park and Disney's California Adventure on New Year's Eve to have one heck of a party!

Hmm...interesting sections of track. Could it be possible that the track with no diagonal cross sections will house the launch device?

I'm guessing that it will be the launch track too. It's the only logical option at this point. Either that, or some sort of new brakes...not magnetic.
