The Walt Disney Co. has purchased a hotel that sits directly across Harbor Boulevard from its two theme parks for $32 million, according to public records. Disney, through a limited-liability corporation, Carousel Holdings EAT, purchased the 131-room Carousel Inn & Suites on 1530 S. Harbor Blvd. from Good Hope International.

And so the reclamation of the resort district continues.......

It makes sense since that Disney property is landlocked.

My favorite MJ tune: "Billie Jean" which I have been listening to alot now. RIP MJ.

Nice easement for a new parking structure...eventually.

I'm just wondering why they didn't buy Gardenwalk when they had the chance.

Maybe because they figure it's going to come back on the market at asking price more to their liking. Considering what I saw the last time I was at GardenWalk, that day will be coming fairly soon.
