Disney World suspends bus service after suspicious device found under bus

Posted | Contributed by rollergator

Walt Disney World's buses were removed from service after a suspicious object was found mounted on one during an inspection. A bomb squad spent 3 ½ hours examining the device, which turned out to be harmless. Disney workers inspected the entire fleet of about 300 buses as a precaution. They were returned to service, one by one, as soon as they were deemed safe.

^HINT: it's a movie about a guy who blows up the things we come to this site to talk about.

I don't know either. I just considered it an inside joke and moved on. What is it?

EDIT

Thanks for the hint. I figured it out! lol

It's the device that the Timothy Bottoms character used to blow up roller coasters in the movie "Roller Coaster".

...But I didn't recall the character's name, coaster nerds. :)

Ahh.. The 1977 version movie.. For a brief second I thought you meant the 1999 version which was a complete a train wreck (pun intended) of a movie. I was trying to remember where a bomb was in the 1999 movie. Now it all makes sense.

BTW, the 1999 version sits high on my "Worst......Movie.....Ever...." list.

,,,Oh, I get it...Train wreck. ;)

I kind of liked the Canadian Rollercoaster movie from 1999, especially the part where the kids try to stab the security guard creep while he is locked into a zipper ride vehicle.

Oh, Carrie, I have never been so disappointed. Even I knew what it was. Now I feel older than a stack of moldy pancakes.
