Disney World (coaster #100)

Associated parks:
None

Hit the new Animal Kingdom coaster Primeval Whirl (hey Jeff, where's it at in the database? I need to add it to my track record!!!) This marked coaster #100 in my records and I actually enjoyed this little wild mouse that could. Although they use the trim brakes up top much more than I'd like, it makes for a fun ride. The queue only took about 10 minutes to go through so we rode a few times. The park on this Friday the 19th wasn't terribly busy and we were able to get through a good number of attractions we wanted to see including Dinosaur (this one I swear will have kids wetting their beds at night).

After our brief time with the animals, we headed to Studios to ride ToT and Rock n Roller Coaster. Wait on RnR was only 30 minutes for stand-by and it turned out to be VERY accurate (something that actually surprised me and pleased me as well). The jerk behind us kept complaining that the wait was unbearable and why were all these other people getting to go ahead ("We should have gotten in that line instead!!"). I guess he didn't quite understand the whole Fast Pass concept. Oh well, RnR still remains the best ride in the back, which I would have requested if I didn't have to go to work shortly and we didn't have time to wait. ToT with our Fast Pass was next and it remains great fun for airtime and posing for the photo. Then I had to leave for work.

We went again on Sunday the 21st and Tuesday the 23rd. Sunday we rode my 100th a few more times and had a great time on the K-Safari (with the way the animals move around on their own you get a different ride pretty much everytime), My wife and a friend of ours did Kingdom from 7:00 until 9:30 (closing) and managed to hit Splash Mt, Big Thunder, Small World, Pirates, Haunted Mansion, and the Pooh ride. Gotta love it when you can run across the back of Frontierland/Liberty Sq sections with that new bridge they built (one of their BEST ideas)! Spectromagic helped out a lot too.

Saw Survivor at Epcot on Tuesday (I'm a child of the 80's), but skipped the rides. And now I'm going to fall asleep.

Jeff!!! Add my 100th coaster to the database PLEASE, so I can finally mark this historic event!

Thanks StarCoasters, I forgot that I can send in the info on the ride. I did have to search a bit to get the majority of the stats. I just hope they are accurate.
