They own Hulk as well as Spiderman, correct? If so, I would assume Universal would have to pay Disney for use of those names for their rides.
Wow, I wonder how much Universal will like paying the Mouse House down the road for an entire land at IOA once this deal goes through? I would say that I can see them going with DC Comics, but I just can't see that happening because the entire place literally has to change. Not to mention that DC Comics' characters (at least the main ones) aren't quite the non-human superheroes of Marvel (a lot of what helps them work in a fantasy world), they're just juiced up humans, really.*
Yes, Superman is from a different planet somewhere in space, but he is very much human in every other aspect.
