The costs will vary from 2100 to 2900$ per night for the water Bungalows. Point wise, you're looking at 841 to 1419 points to rent one for a week.
If you're taking the 160$ a point presale price Disney is offering right now, buying a long term rental DVC contract for a single week in one of those Bungalow will set you back over 130 000$ in the cheapest season!
