The iconic American entertainment major, Walt Disney, which is investing $ 5 billion in a brand new theme park at Shanghai in China, has ruled out any investments in a similar park in India due to lack of support infrastructure.

Many have heard of Mortimer Mouse, but not many know about the elusive "Mumbai Mouse." ;~P
I have a couple of friends from India who complain about this same problem. There is so much growth and a huge technology talent pool, but it's outpacing most of the country's infrastructure.
