Disney property in SC?

I was just curious if there is any publicly known Disney property located in SC. If you buy anything online, CA, FL and SC all pay state sales tax. I heard a wild rumor a couple of years ago about the possibility of a new park being built near Paramount's Carowinds, but I was just wondering if there was a dock or beach for one of the cruise ships in the state that would nullify that rumor for me.

Sorry, the South Carolina tax status has nothing to do with a theme park for the state or a cruise ship port (both ships still leave out of Florida). The reason is that Disney's second hotel-slash-timeshare resort is in Hilton Head. The first is in Vero Beach, Florida. Here's a link to the Carolina property:
