Just making, what in my opinion, is the best waterpark in Florida, even better. I know there are a lot of people who love Blizzard Beach, but you really cannot beat the wave pool at Typhoon Lagoon, or swimming with sharks. Now...when is Disney gonna get themselves a ProSlide Tornado? Seems like every park is getting one of those ;)

STILL Waiting on Joe C to give us the full report....;)
Oh whoops, my bad. I forgot to tell you I never got on it, gator, since it was 50ยบ and RAINING that day. What a bunch of crap!

Anyhoo, my friend went and said it was fun for what it was but it stunk because it was extremely short. I guess I'll have to wait til the comp Cast Members in again - don't feel like wasting half a days pay on a waterpark. ;)

Joe "maybe Keith should go by himself since he has a premium annual" C.

I just got back from my day at Typhoon....and the new ride is pretty good. There are actually 3 new slides at Crush 'n Gusher. One of 'em is a lot tamer than the other 2. I think they all have 3 drops if I remember correctly.

They were all very short though, I think it would have been better to connect all 3 and make one long slide...but hey whatever works. Overall definitely a good addition to the park, giving the thrill seekers a reason to go to Typhoon over Blizzard Beach (if the wave pool wasn't reason enough already!)

Just out of curiosity, why did the entire park have to shut down just for this attraction?

The park didn't shut down just for this attraction. Both water parks shut down every year for refurbishments during the off-peak season. Blizzard beach stays open during Typhoon Lagoons rehab, and vice versa.
I just got back from Orlando. I apologize that the descriptions will be brief because I don't have a lot of time. There are three slides a top one tower. The theming is certainly up to disney par - I believe it is themed after a factory that washes and 'slushes and gushes' (not sure what tha means) the three kinds of produce: bananas (I am pretty sure it is banana), coconut, and pineapple. Out of the three slides, I have to say that the one where the line starts in the middle - pretty sure it is coconut is the best slide - certainly the longest. In addition, it is the slide that offers the most airtime out of the three. It can be safely stated that Slusher Gusher is a great addition to Typhoon Lagoon. (sorry for not taking pictures if there aren't many on the web).
