A couple of friends of mine did this last year (just after the same-sex marriage ban was lifted in Florida, though they already were legal in New York), and it was completely epic. The wedding itself was on the beach in front of the wave pool at Typhoon Lagoon before the park opened. The reception was inside of what used to be The Living Seas at Epcot, an upstairs room with windows looking into the main tank. The food was amazing, including the genius late night french fry bar that hit the spot after a few hours of boozing it up. It almost made me wish I could do my wedding over again, and mine was pretty epic too (on a beach, followed by a 3-hour cruise with dinner).

My husband and I got married at WDW several years ago. It was awesome, low stress, and they provided just about everything. After a month of stressing out over location, vendors, costs and guest lists in our home state we found Disney weddings and everything was a breeze. We got one of the small, all inclusive packages. They sent us a worksheet where we picked the flowers, music, limo schedule, cake flavors, etc plus any special extras and we were done with like 90% of the planning. We only had 20 guests, only the people who were most important to us which was perfect. The next morning we had a sunrise photo session in front of Cinderella Castle.
Wife and I did the Disney wedding last year, and it sounds like we got in right before they restructured the tiers and costs. It was definitely an amazing experience.
