Disney in September

The first week of September my friend and I are going to Walt Disney World. I was wondering if anyone can give me any information that they have on the parks or attractions there and which park we should spend most of our time in. We are buying the Park Hopper Plus tickets so we get 5 days in the parks and we also get a day at Blizzard Beach and Pleasure Island.

If this has been posted before please help me find the topic.

Thanks for your help!!!

Blizzard Beach was a lot of fun. GREAT Theming! Kind of hard to navigate, though...

I've been to all the parks before, but it has been about 8 years. Except Animal Kingdom. I remember Blizzard Beach well. It was really awsome. But the day we went it was semi chilli...like about 70 so I really just walked around mostly and did the lazy river and that was it.

I'm just trying to see if there is anythign new or exciting to do.

Also with the ticket that I'm getting, do I get the Disney Fast Pass with it?

All the parks are really good except for Animal Kingdom which I felt was pretty weak. Maybe with their new additions they might be better. That park is truly geared to the under 6 set though I feel.

MGM is one of the best parks of the lot although it is quite small and can be accomplished in half a day.

As far as waterparks, everyone says Blizzard Beach is great and I don't doubt it, but I did Typhoon Lagoon and it was awesome. Largest wavepool I have ever seen with a huge 8 foot wave instead of lots of little 2 foot waves. Also you can snorkel there with fish and rays and sharks!!!

Expect lots of rain when you are down there. I have been in Florida in September two of the last three years and it was deluge city. A lot of the days had more rain than the typical 1 hour afternoon storm. There is quite a bit of tropical storm activity in September which increases the rain totals greatly.

All I can really say, is that September is the best time to go... Most of the time I go to Orlando is on September (Im going the week before spring break this year) because there's really very few people.

Yes, you do. Fastpass is a feature that can be used by all guests in the parks. All you need is the ticket you got into the park with.
