Discovery Cove's new Grand Reef expected to open in June

Although an exact opening date hasn't been set, Discovery Cove's "Grand Reef" is expected to debut during the first two weeks of June, said Stewart Clark, the SeaWorld vice president in charge of Discovery Cove. The 2.5-acre artificial reef is the first expansion at Discovery Cove since SeaWorld opened the limited-admission, boutique park in 2000.

This is a really cool park. I spent a day there in February and highly recommend it. Based off of what's already there, I'm sure this expansion is going to be breathtaking.

I have been wanting to see that place for years! Swimming with dolphins is near the top of my bucket list. :)

The reef experience sounds awesome as well!

I actually didn't even do the dolphin swim, as the "everything but dolphins" package was about 1/3 the cost. The people I overheard who did do it said it was worth every penny.
