Discovery Channels shows on coasters

Anyone know when they are goin to be aired again? Im tired of sitting around and not riding coasters. The next best thing is to watch stuff about coasters!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Try buying the DVDs "...Greatest Rollercoasters" series. Although some may disagree with my opinion. I, personally, like those videos as they give you a brief synopsis on the coaster, and then a ride in the front seat.

This definately should tide you over till the season begins (and will make you wanna strive to hit one of those parks, too!).

i tape all of the TLC shows and i watch them a lot i have like 5 of them!

Those videos are excellent IMO, but the newest DVD is definitely one every coaster enthusiast should get. 21 coasters, 5 interviews, 3 angles on each coaster, commentary... I watch it all the time. Not as good as the real thing. Better than nothing.

If you really need to watch the Discovery channel programs, they are available in a box set of three shows at most video retailers, or on-line.

Thanks. Im goin completely nuts just sitting here, knowing very well that their are wooden and steel coasters sitting up there at Kings Island about 25 minutes away, and I CANT DO A DAMN THING WITH THEM!!!!!!!

I suggest buying the DVD's, but there's a show on the travel channel called Fun & Sun. It's about beaches and amusement parks. There's a 1 in 2 chance that it wil be about amusement parks, but whenever I see it, it's on amusement parks.

I know the newest one will be sometime in May. It will feature ME, at Worlds of Adventures! :)

Word on the street is that there is going to be a special on Cedar Point airing sometime in May on TDC.

No, he means TDC: The Discovery Channel.
But one thing we have learned is that the only thing you can really count on is that it will be on Discovery Networks, which could mean TDC(DSC), TLC, TRV, DHN, DAP.......

Yea i heard thet discovery is making 2 new showS. More Top Ten Coasters will come out soon, thank god. I am so sick of The first one, Its always on the Travel channel. The other one is Extreme Rides 2001. Like the first on it will have some rides and some coasters. They will probably include SoB, Stealth, Goliath, and Valhala in England. These were the previews on the last Extreme rides show in 2000.
