Discounts for PKD and BGW?

Do any of you peeps around the Richmond, VA area know if PKD or BGW are offering discounted tickets anywhere?

When we were there a few weeks ago Applebee's had coupons for PKD, but they ran out at the time. Plus, our hotel, Hampton Inn sold discount tickets.

And FYI...I don't know if this is chain-wide, but if you have a Paramount Gold Pass with parking added to it, it WILL NOT transfer over at PKD! You will be charged the regular $9.00 for parking. When we questioned the lady about it, she admitted that she didn't know if the same was true of all Paramount parks, but that it was policy for them.

For PKD, there are discounts @ Blockbuster and GIANT grocery stores. However, those discounts are (supposedly) the same as the discount you can get by simply buying the tickets online @ the PKD website.

^I was guessing that would be the case, whereas BGW rarely offers discounts - correct?

If you're an AAA member, try the Williamsburg AAA office. In the past I've bought BGW discount tickets there, but I don't know whether they're still available.

I got 10% off at the BGW gate with my AAA card last year. AAA members can also order discount tix for all Busch parks here.
