I will be at BGW in 3 weeks and need to know if there are cheaper tickets for the park other than the 57 dollar ones on the BGW website. I really haven't had much luck so not sure if there are hidden ones out there or not.
Thanks again,

If you have AAA or know someone with a membership who can order it for you, they're $53 through AAA's website -- or at least that's the case for the region I'm in. I did a good amount of googling before I went back in May and that was the best deal I could find.
The Henrico County (VA) Park & Recreation division sells BGW tickets for $46. I tried this last week so this is still a legitimate offer. The only catch is that you have to go to their offices (just outside Richmond) to pick them up. Take a look at the link below for more info:
http://www.co.henrico.va.us/departments/rec/theme-park-tickets/
Also, Ticketmaster sells the tickets for around $53 after all applicable fees and printing. I also know that most AAA offices sell them for around $53, but your mileage will vary a little bit there.
^
That would be perfect except we aren't going to Richmond until later in the week, don't have an AAA membership either.

Last time we went, we stopped bt the AAA office about a mile from the park(you can see griffon from the office), and got discounted tickets.
You may want to call the park to see if there are any promotions like pop can discounts, or Mc Donalds type coupons in the area.
what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard.
Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it.
I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.
How many days you going? There are Bounce pass multiday specials

Is the AAA office IN the city of Williamsburg? If it is, I might consider stopping there when I arrive next Friday, rathe than use my $5 off coupons from Food Lion a friend sent me. The nearest AAA office here in Jersey is about 45 minutes away...I'll use enough gas to get there that it'll practically negate the discount. So if there's one in Williamsburg or thereabouts, I'll try it for a few extra bucks off. I've found that there just ain't that many discounts out there for BG.

I don't recall what the discount was exactly, but Platinum passholders can pick up day-tix for ridiculously cheap. I seem to recall getting Matt and Tina in for around 30-35 bucks or so...
You still have Zoidberg.... You ALL have Zoidberg! (V) (;,,;) (V)

That office may not be open anymore. I used a combination of mapquest and AAA Mid-Atlantic's website to determine that the nearest AAA office to the park is in Colonial Heights, VA..more than 60 miles away. Looks like I'll just have to stick with my $5 off coupons :(

Find a season pass holder out front and take them to the ticket booth with you and purchase a ticket for $46.95
It's still there. Look here(the "A" pin)...http://tinyurl.com/2c7t5kb
It's 5 min from the park, and they open eary, so you can get your tickets in the morning before the park opens. On the map, if you scroll over to the "A" pin, you will see how close it is to the park.

Looked at the map. However, I cannot find that office on AAA's website. I'll give the office a call Tuesday and check it out. Thanks, Crazy Horse.
*EDIT*..I just spoke with someone at AAA's Travel Hotline. She confirmed the office is there, and has no idea why it doesn't show up on the website. I'll probably go there Friday after I arrive and check into my motel and pick up the ticket for Saturday. Thanks again.

Have fun there, but be warned...the park has been very busy most of the season. Overflow parking been in use ALOT. Everything has a wait, even Nessie. Still, great place to wait in line. Even Nessie.

OK, so I misused 'A LOT'. At least I didn't 'Quote...UNQUOTE' someone. Once you quote, you don't 'unquote'. It is end of quote, which I like, a lot.
