Dippin' Dots, Lemon Chill, and Laser Tag

What RCT2 stalls would be good "stand-ins" for Dippin' Dots and Lemon Chill stalls? After all, I've got to have some place in my park where my guests can go to get completely inaccurate rumors about what I'm going to build next!

Also, what type of ride would be a good substitute for laser tag?
