Digital Cameras on Freefalls

I got the latest Wonderland Sydney newsletter in the post today. Written in it is...

'Did you know? ... The Space Probe (210' Intamin Giant Drop) is the first freefall ride in the world to have digital photography.'

Anyone want to claim otherwise??

Not to refute that claim, but the 180' tall Drop Of Fear owned by Conklin Shows is the only portable freefall tower I know of that has digital photography. It's a cool setup, too...the target is a couple of feet *below* the wait-and-release point, right when the riders are the most shocked and surprised. :)

Sounds excellent! Last time I rode SP, the TVs weren't working yet. So will see where the cameras are next visit. SP could have them in the same place as DoP as it has a hemisphere at the top. This HS is painted white with a physical pattern on a black tower and looks like a golfball!!

The cars stop in this room with the park below your feet. There are TVs which countdown from 5-7 but never time it right! Still Cameras could be fixed below the TVs at the bottom of the hemisphere.
