Did you hold on on X?
I was just wondering if you held on or if you even could put your hands up?

Plenty of freedom to put your hands up. Two places to hold if you wish, the harness at your chest and grabrails alongside your knees. Try it every way.
I actually had a hard time not flinging all my limbs in every direction possible. The ride is great. It is very hard not to put your hands up.
I admit I held the grab bars on both my first and second rides. It wasn't until I was more comfortable with knowing what to expect that I rode without holding on.
I promised myself (months ago) that my first ride would be hands and feet wide open and willy-nilly. I did just that. I laso was laughing and yelling like a goober, great fun!
