Did TOGO go bust?

I've never seen anything with certainty on this.  I can't find much news on TOGO since the lawsuit with Knott's.

Did they go bankrupt?  Did they merge with another company?  Did they lose the Knott's lawsuit?

I know they've closed their USA offices in Cincinnati and their website as well, but I'm wondering if anyone knows what has befallen TOGO with any certainty.

TOGO's US operations are done through Premier Rides now. They (Premier) maintain a Cinncinnati office, as with their main offices in Maryland. TOGO still operates in Asia building a wide selection of rides and attractions.
